Linens, blankets not provided.

| Cancellation Policy
A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. |
| Deposit Policy
An advance payment of 50% is required if your arrival date is >30 days out. Balance of rent is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. If your arrival date is in <30 days then FULL PAYMENT is required. If paying via check, you have seven (7) days for the check to reach our office; otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. The reservation deposit is NOT a damage deposit. SummerPlace Resort Properties does not require a damage deposit. |
Rates
Daily Rate: $300 – $300 per night
Monthly Rate: $3500 – $3500 per month
